It’s a fact that being outdoors and exercising boost mental health. Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by spending a day in the garden exploring ways to keep your mind, body, and community in great shape.

Activities Include:

9–10am: Qigong workshop in partnership with Poughkeepsie Farm Project

10am–2pm: Fruit tree planting, flower drawing, community picnic table painting, feelings wheel exploration for kids with NAMI mid-Hudson

11am–noon: Clear Mind, Clear Movement:
Join Nico for a Dance Exchange workshop and learn how to groove your way through stress and shake off anxiety

noon: Lunch
