Get your hands dirty and be part of the growing process! Join the Pershing Farm team to help us plant, weed, and maintain our community farm, Mondays from 1 – 3pm and Thursdays from 9 – 11am. No experience necessary.
How to Join In:
- SIGN UP: Click the link to sign up so we know to expect you.
- WEAR: Weather appropriate layers that will protect you from the sun and elements. Pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and boots or closed-toe shoes that can get dirty are usually best.
- BRING: A hat, water, snacks, and sunscreen. Feel free to bring your own clean gloves, or borrow some at the farm.
Location and Parking:
Pershing Community Farm is located at 49 Pershing Avenue. Street parking is available – alternate side of the street parking street signs are posted and enforced.
After you arrive, follow the gravel access road past the playground to the farm gates – it is behind the basketball court.
Please Note:
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
