As part of the R.E.A.L. Skills Network’s 2nd annual memorial event for Theodore “Tree” Arrington, Rover the Roaming Library bookmobile will be at the community celebration of African American freedom and achievements. Live music, food, entertainment, and more will be available! Rover is available for you to sign up for a Library Card, borrow books, movies, and audiobooks, or learn about any number of services and programs the Library District has to offer.
